Mangerate
A home for your recipes on iPhone and iPad.
Scan handwritten and printed recipes — right in the app
Mangerate has built-in recipe scanning. Use your iPhone or iPad camera to photograph a handwritten recipe card, cookbook page, or printed recipe and turn it into a digital recipe in Mangerate. You do not need ChatGPT or the separate Mangerate AI Recipe Assistant to scan a recipe.
Bring all your recipes together
Save recipes from Instagram, TikTok, and recipe websites. You can also bring over recipes from other recipe managers, including Paprika, Mela, and Recipe Keeper. Keep family favorites, new discoveries, and everyday meals in one organized collection.
Plan, cook, and share
- Meal Plan and Up Next: schedule recipes for upcoming meals or keep a list of dishes you want to make soon.
- Personal and shared collections: organize your recipes and collaborate with family or friends using iCloud.
- Cooking mode: follow ingredients and preparation steps in a kitchen-friendly view, with read-aloud support on iPad.
- Grocery lists and scaling: turn recipes into shopping lists and adjust servings and measurements.
- Seven languages: use Mangerate in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, or Brazilian Portuguese while keeping recipes in their original languages.
